PHASE II®
Phase II® strobes are a popular family of large strobe beacons.
Phase II models are designed to sense ambient light levels and
gradually adjust the light output to meet existing conditions.
These strobes feature an impact-resistant, hermetically sealed
base that supports the circuit board and provides superior
resistance to moisture. All models are multi-volt (12-48 VDC) and
protected against reverse polarity. Phase II strobe beacons
include a five-year warranty and meet SAE J1318 requirements.
Heavy Duty models feature a gel-filled base that completely
encases the power supply for extra protection against vibration
and moisture.
Phase II 162 models are designed specifically for Class 1
applications. This strobe features a powerful 20-joule power
supply and meets CAC Title 13, Article 22 (amber or clear domes)
and SAE J1318 (amber, red or clear domes).
Phase II 1262 and 1682 models are designed to sense ambient light
levels and gradually adjust the light output to meet existing
conditions. 1682, double flash, models and 1262, triple flash,
models switch from 20-joules (high) to 10-joules (low). 1682,
single flash, models and 1262, double flash, models switch from
16-joules (high) to 8-joules (low). 1262, single flash, models
switch from 12-joules (high) to 6-joules (low) and are designed to
meet European specifications of 120 flashes per minute.
The Phase II Gigastrobe® provides 22-joules of flash energy making
it our most intense strobe beacon. This strobe meets SAE J1318 and
CAC Title 13, Article 22 requirements.
